Welcome to The Plaza

Filling the space of an underused parking lot, The Plaza was created in 2014 to serve as a community space that culminated at the end of the original Cultural Trail. Southeast Neighborhood Development and Greater Virginia Avenue Corridor Economic Improvement District currently maintain the fountains and plaza.

AN EVENT CONTRACT FROM SOUTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT (SEND) WILL BE EXECUTED UPON AVAILABILITY OF THE FOUNTAIN SQUARE PLAZA AND APPROVAL OF PROPOSED EVENT.

PLAZA RENTAL FEES:

1-4 HOURS RENTAL: $200

4-8 HOURS RENTAL: $400

8-12 HOURS RENTAL: $600
