SEND provides affordable living minutes from downtown Indy.
Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND), in partnership with the City of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), is developing and building new single-family homes in the Norwood neighborhood, for sale to low-income buyers at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. SEND has worked closely with Norwood residents and the Norwood neighborhood association to create a residential development plan that will bring new neighbors and revitalize the 1200 block of Madeira and Vandeman Street.
