Homes For Rent: Southside Partners
In 1998, SEND began an innovative program to renovate rental
homes through a collaborative effort with Concord CDC and West
Indianapolis Development Corporation called Southside Partners.
This initiative was established specifically to create very affordable
rental housing. The following projects offer homes throughout
the area designed to meet the needs of families with limited
incomes.
Southside Partners I
