Homes For Sale: How to Qualify
Many SEND homes are available only to income-qualified residents
looking to purchase their first homes. We would be happy to consult
with you to see if you qualify. In general, you must:
- Meet income qualifications
- Agree to live in the home you buy
- Live in the home for a predetermined period based on the
amount of subsidy in the home, or sell the home to a new owner
who meets the same income requirements
2009 Income Limits

- 2 Person $43,600

- 4 Person $54,500
- 5 Person $58,850
- 6 Person $63,200
