SENSE
Southeast Neighborhood School of Excellence
(SENSE)

SENSE is a charter elementary school created by residents and
sponsored by SEND to offer an educational alternative for local
students. It offers children the opportunity to learn the basics:
reading, writing, math, and science skills, while also helping
them establish life and social skills. Because SENSE is a charter
school, it combines the quality education of a private school
with the tuition-free aspect of a public school.
Class sizes vary but are never above 20. SENSE is
accepting applications for kindergarten through sixth grade.
All Indiana families are welcome to apply.
